Trainings

What is in the “Trainings” section?

This section provides a list of trainers in an organisation.

How do I add new training?

1. Click on Add.analyties

2. A new training form appears.

3. Under Training Tab:

a. Select Course Catergory.

b. Enter Course Code.

c. Enter Course Fee.

d. Enter Registration Start Date.

e. Enter Registration Closing Date.

f. Enter Registration Reminder Date.

g. Select Training Mode.

h. Select Trainer.

i. Enter Min(imum) attendees.

j. If Assessment is required, tick box next to it.

k. If Feedback is required, tick box next to it.

l. Add Remarks, if any.

m. In the Training Schedule section:

  • Enter Training Date.

  • Enter Training Time (Start and End time).

  • Click on analyties to add another training schedule.

n. In the Add Materials section

  • Click Add. analyties

  • Upload Attachment

  • Click Ok

4. Click Next.

5. Under Attendees tab:

a. Select users (All or selected).

b. If Selected, tick the box next to either Dept., Designation or Employee Name

c. Click Ok 

6. Click Save

a. Save – To save and send invite.

b. Save & Close – To save and return to the main grid.

c. Save & New – To save and go to a new trainer form.

How do I edit a tentative or confirmed training course?

1. Tick the box next to Course Code.

2. Click on Edit. analyties

3. Enter the amended details.

4. Click Save.

How does the trainer mark attendance during training?

1. Tick the box next to Course Code.

2. Click on Edit. analyties

3. Click on Attendees tab.

4. On each row, tick the box on the right to mark attendance (Registered ones only)

5. Click Save.

How do I change the status of a training course?

1. Tick the box next to Course Code.

2. Click on change status. analyties

3. Click Ok.

How do I export the “trainings” grid in Excel?

1. Click on Excel. analyties

2. Choose the location.

3. Click Save.
