My Leaves
What is in the “My Leaves” section?
This section provides a summary of leave records.

How do I apply for leave?
1. Click on Add. 
2. A new leave form appears.
3. Select Leave Type.
4. Enter Start Date & Time.
5. Enter End Date & Time.
6. Upload attachments. (for applicable leave – refer to the organisation’s policy)
7. Select Leave Recommender. (where applicable)
8. Select Leave Approver. (where applicable)
9. Add Remarks, if any.
10. Click Save.

How do I edit my submitted leave application?
1. Tick the box next to Date of Application.
2. Click on Edit. 
3. Enter the amended details.
4. Click Save.
How do I cancel my submitted leave application?
1. Tick the box next to Date of Application.
2. Click on State. 
3. Select Cancel.
4. Click Save.
How do I cancel my approved leave application?
1. Tick the box next to Date of Application.
2. Click on State. 
3. Select ‘For Cancellation’.
4. Click Save.
How do I export my leave in Excel?
1. Click on Excel. 
2. Choose the location.
3. Click Save.
Sample Leave Application?
1. Employee Applies for annual leave sometime in 2022 (outside the current year).

2. Once the employee submits the leave application, the system will show the notification below.

3. To proceed employee may click ok, otherwise resubmit the leave application once the current year is over.
