What is a Dashboard?

The dashboard provides quick access to HR related applications.

  • My Dashboard – this is the User’s dashboard. Allows the employee to glimpse the following

    • Leave Taken & Leave Balance

    • Claims – In Progress & Rejected

    • Latest available Payslip

    • Appraisal Progress

    • Trainings – Invited and Registered

    • Attendance

    • New Joiners for the month

    • Link to Employee Directory

    • Link to Profile

    • Info on who’s on leave for the day

    • Current month’s holidays

    • Incoming Celebrations

Dashboard

  • Controller Dashboard – this is the Manager’s dashboard. Allows the manager to take a quick look on the following:

    • Reminders - on who’s on Probation, on Notice Period and expiring Work Permit (s)

    • Attendance Monitoring – Late In & Late Out

    • Payroll – by Department, Designation or Service Entity

    • Recruitment – Applied, Offer Accepted, Offer Rejected by Type

    • Leaves – by Year & by Type, year and period balance as well as Taken and not taken

    • Claims – by Year & by Type, balance and total spend

    • Training - either by Course Category or by Department, staff count, tentative no. of hours, confirmed no. of hours as well as completed hours.
