How do I verify a submitted claim?
1. Tick the box next to Doc No.

How do I cancel a submitted claim?
1. Tick the box next to Doc No.
2. Click on Edit. 
3. Click on Cancel.
4. Click Ok to confirm.
How do I review a verified claim?
1. Tick the box next to Doc No.
2. Click on Review 
3. Click Ok to confirm.
How do I reject a verified claim?
1. Tick the box next to Doc No.
2. Click on Reject 
3. Click Ok to confirm.
How do I approve a reviewed claim?
1. Tick the box next to Doc No.
2. Click on Approve

How do I process an approved claim?
1. Tick the box next to Doc No.
2. Click on Process
3. Enter Claim Process Date.
4. If to ‘Include as pay components’, tick the box next to it.

5. If to be ‘Paid to vendor’, tick the box next to it.

6. Click Ok to confirm.
How do I reject an approved claim?
1. Tick the box next to Doc No.
2. Click on Reject 
3. Click Ok to confirm.
How do I void a processed claim?
1. Tick the box next to Doc No.
2. Click on Void

3. Click Ok to confirm.
How do I export claims section in Excel?
1. Click on Excel. 
2. Choose the location.
3. Click Save.
