What is in the “Job Applications” section?

This section provides a summary of the organisation’s job applications.

How do I edit a job application?

1. Tick the box next to Job Posting Id.

2. Click on Edit. analyties

3. Enter the amended details.

4. Click Save.

How do I delete a job application?

1. Tick the box next to Job Posting Id.

2. Click on Delete. analyties

3. Click Ok to confirm.

How do I convert a job applicant to an employee?

1. Tick the box next to Job Posting Id.

2. Click on Convert. analyties

3. Click Ok to access the employee profile.

How do I schedule an interview for job applicant?

1. Tick the box next to Job Posting Id.

2. Click on Edit. analyties

3. Click the Interview tab.

4. Enter Salary Details.

5. Select Status.

6. Enter Remarks, if any.

7. Under Interview Details.

a. Click on Add analyties .

b. Enter Interview Date.

c. Select one or more Intended Interviewer.

d. To delete an interview date, tick the box next to Interview date and click on delete analyties .

8. Click Save.

How do I evaluate a job applicant during an interview?

1. Tick the box next to Job Posting Id.

2. Click on Edit. analyties

3. Click on Interview tab.

4. Under Interview Details :

a. Enter score (1 to 10) for each row.

b. Select Recommendation.

c. Enter Strength, Weakness and Comments. 

5. Click Save.

How do I view the evaluations and update the status of the job applicant?

1. Tick the box next to Job Posting Id.

2. Click on Edit. analyties

3. Click on Interview tab.

4. To update interview results:

a. Update salary details. (where applicable)

b. Select Status.

c. Update Remarks. 

5. Under Interview details section:

a. View the score from all interviewers.

b. View the average total score.

c. View Strength, Weakness and Comments for all interviewers.

d. View last updated date.

6. Click Save to update.

How do I export job applications section in Excel?

1. Click on Excel. analyties

2. Choose the location.

3. Click Save.
